Need information on children/descendants of Michael Cleek and Mathias Cleek. They were brothers of Jacob Cleek of Augusta Co., and Palser Cleek of Bath Co.(Geo W. Cleek book no help on either of these.) What happened to Michael? Who were his descendants? Where in TN did Mathias go? Have found a will for a Michael "Click" in Hawkins Co., TN from 1814. Believe this is too late for above Michael Cleek. However, Michael "Click" named sons, Jacob, Michael and Mathias (VA. Cleek names) and 2 other sons, George and John. His wife was Margaret?. Could he have been a grandson of the original Michael or Mathias. It is known that Mathias lived in Botetourt Co, as he and wife Margaret sold land there is 1772 and bought land in Botetourt in 1774. Any help would be appreciated.
I have been doing research on the Foglesong Family. They arrived in Bath County about 1793. George Washington Foglesong (1772?- ?) and his Mary Swartz (1776 - ?) were married in Shenandoah County, VA. in February 1793. By 1793 their first child John Foglesong was born, in December 1818, he married Mary Fox. Their second child was Catherine Foglesong, born Sept. 2, 1796, and married John Mayes in January of 1818. Their third son, my great-grandfather was born in Nov. 1798 and married Jane Waddle (Woodell, Waddel). Their fourth child was Elizabeth Foglesong, born 1800 and married Jacob Minich in April 1819. Fifth child was Sally Foglesong, born 1803, no other information. Sixth child was Sarah Foglesong, born Feb. 1805 and married Jacob Riffle in 1830. I have complete information on George Foglesong, the third child and Sarah Foglesong, the sixth child, but lack more detailed information on all the other children, and what may have occured to their parent's. I have been though the Bath County Courthouse for marriage licenses, as well as to the Bath County Gen. Society building (brief visit). Information on how to perhaps find burial information and further details would be appreciated. Information anyone else may have would be appreciated as well.

Looking birth location of Andrew J. McManaway born 1794-97, died near Deerfield, Augusta Co., VA. March 21, 1877, also need his parents. I have his 1812 Pension Records from the National Archive's and there is no birth & etc. mentioned in them. He married Mary Jane Madison in Bath Co., VA. Sept. 25, 1845, both must have been of age, no one consented for them. Mary Jane was born ca: 1813 and died prior to July 10, 1895. I also need Mary Jane's birth information as well as her parents. It is possible that Andrew J. McManaway was married prior to Mary Jane Madison to Nancy Hanley on November 9, 1821, both having been of age as no one consencted for them.
Any help would be appreciated.

Daniel Davidson, born abt. 1786 in Virginia married Mary Enochs, daughter of Thomas Enochs of Rowan County, N.C. Date approx. 1806. Where were they married. Family tradition say they were from Culpeper Co., Va. Another tradition say they were probably from Roanoke, a. Daniel Davidson and wife Mary B. 1790 were in 1810 census of Jefferson Co., Ky. with three small children and an elderly man and woman in the household. In 1816 they sold their land and moved to Sullivan County, Carlisle, Indiana. Another Davidson named George is in Jessamine County Ky., court records where his estate was settled. His son Richard and wife Mary Handley, daughter of Handy Handly, also came to Carlisle and is buried on adjoining farm. We are related to this George but am not sure how. The Benefiel History states Daniel Davidson was born in Culpeper Co., Va. Does anyone know anything about the Davidson family. Have been looking for his birthplace, marriage record and parents for nearly 35 years. Any help is appreciated. The Sullivan County, Indiana court house burned in 1850 and the family cemetery was plowed over and help appreciated. Daniel Davidson died March 5, 1865 at Carlisle, Indiana. The Enochs Family came to Middletown, Ky. and settled. Then after Thomas Enochs died, wife Nancy Bryan Enochs moved to Monroe County Mo. with son David and other relatives.
