I am searching for information on a John D. Morgan born 9-15-1852 in Bedford County Va. He married a Roena Bryant or Bryan on 4-17-1877, Not sure where. Roena was born 10-15-1858 in Botetourt Cty, Va. They had 16 children Wilbert, John, Sara, Willie, Viola, Frank, Bertha, Fitch, Louvinia, Willis, Pinkney, Ruth, Ruby, Mildred, Hildreth, Charles. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Am searching for the name of father of Joseph DICKERSON, m. Elizabeth WOOLDRIDGE 06 Mar 1769 in Buckingham County. Joseph came to Bedford Co. abt 1776, from Amherst Co and bought land in Bedford from Stephen Goggins. His son, William (m. Franky Mays) and Joel SHREWSBURY (Joel m. Sally, Wm's sister) also from Bedford, were partners in the salt business in Kanawha Co. VA/WVA. Wm.'s children are related to the LEWIS, RUFFNER, COBB, WINKLER families, among others. His son, Wm. m. Margaret CLAY of Bedford Co, and they had Henry Clay (b. 21 Feb 1830, Bedford Co, d. 20 Apr l871, Charleston, WVA) m. second, Sally J. Lewis, l859, dau of John D. Lewis and Ann Dickinson, a dau of William.

I am searching for Ambrose Arthur born in Bedford Co. Va. cir.1805. He married Ester Storms the dau. of James Storms and Sarah McHargue 10/19/1831 in Whitley Co. Ky. Died 10/06/1883 in Rockcastle Co. Ky. Their children were Julie Ann, Sarah(Sally), Margret (Sis), James, William (Willoby), Deliah (Lyle), Hannah E., Milton?, all born in Ky. A John Mcmurry married a Elizabeth McClelan in Botetourt Co Va Oct 6 1785. A person sent me some notes that says another person told them they found this marriage recorded in Bedford Co Va. SInce then I have read there was a John McClellan in Bedford Co Va. Does anyone know anything about his family? Sincerely yours,
