Letter dated 25 Dec 1845, Petersburg,VA, written in part by John Lee (merchant) and in part by his wife, Martha, to Josephus Gregory of Lunenburg Co., VA (Josephus Gregory was husb. of John Lee's sister Mary Elizabeth"Betsy") showing they were somewhat newcomers to Petersburg (Dinwiddie Co., VA). .

A study of the Blandford Cemetery records of Petersburg and the Petersburg Censuses show the below is John's widow and children.
