Co. for 1,200 pounds, 3,241 acres in Charlotte Co. on the branches of Blue Stone Creek, Sandy Creek and
Reynolds Fork of Horsepen Creek. Total acreage includes two tracts: 863 acres formerly granted said
Goode by patent dated 25 Jun 1747 and 2,376 acres never before granted. Bounded by the line of
Mumford, Carrell, and William Goode, corners of Marable and Barnes, Peter Hamlin, King's Road and
Moody's Branch, purchased by Mac Goode from William Goode by deed recorded in Lunenburg Co.

granted to the said Williams by patent dated 6 April 1769, adjoining the lands of William Walles, John Lovel

Sullivant estate to Sullivant
     Whereas Owen Sullivant, late of Charlotte County, by his last will and testament, bearing date of 12
Oct 1768, among other things devised his five daughters, namely, Patience, Frances, Margaret, Mandelin
and Elizabeth, 60 acres of land lying on Twitty's Creek, part of the tract whereon the said Owen then lived
with a plantation and apple orchard to them during life, if not married. But as some are now married and
moved and have no claim to the said land, and by the same will did devise to his son Owen Sullivant these
among other lands, the said 60 acres and plantation, after all his aforesaid daughter's death or marriage,
which should first happen, to him. All the said daughters having married, except the aforesaid Frances, and
she, Frances, having contracted with the said Owen the younger, to release all claims, this writing, the
witness whereof the said Frances Sullivant, for 5 shillings, releases all title and claim to the 60 acres of land

shillings, 1 penny, current money of Virginia, whereas he, the said John Watkins, by virtue of a decree of the
worshipful court of Charlotte county, against Thomas Roberts, which decree was obtained the 6th day of
March 1787, sells one certain tract of land, by  estimation 100 acres, adjoining the lands of John Morton
and Royall Bowman, being the land for which the said John Watkins, as exor of said John Mitchell, obtained
the above decree

     This indenture dated the 1st day of August, 1848 between Samuel Moseley and Susan, his wife, of
the county of Christian, State of Kentucky, and Little John McCargo, of Charlotte county, (conveys) for the
sum of five dollars an acres, a certain parcel of land lying in the said county, on the headwaters of Buffalo
Creek, bounded on the north and east by the estate of William Callicott, dec'd, on the west by the land of
Edward Moseley, on the south by the land of John Bruce, containing 450 acres, being part of a 1300 acre
survey willed the said Samuel Mosely by his father Edward Moseley
     Certificates of signature provided by Benjamin Bradshaw and John Sanders, Justices of the Peace
for Christian County, Kentucky.

NOTE: I believe this Levi(y) is the one who appears in 1810 & 1830 census of Warren Co KY and 1820
census of Logan Co KY. who had a son Asa.   Also I think Millender Calvert his wife died about 1800, this
would explain why started selling off his land.
