At a Vestry Called at ye Chappel septr 17th--1721. . . Upon the petition of Wm. Tucker sheweth that Robt Coleman lys at his house in a very week, helpless condition & has been so these six months past which proves very Chargeable & troublesome of the s'd Tucker Tis ordrd That Wm. Tucker take care of the fores'd Robt Coleman & find him such necessaries as is convenient And at the alying of the next Levie, the s'd Tucker to bring his Account to the Vestry & what is thought just to be Allowed from the P'ish. . . Tis further ordrd that the Church-wardens Enquire how the fores'd Robert Coleman gave his Estate [to] Robt Tucker senr & upon what terms.

By Order of Henrico County Court Dated ye 3d July 1727 for procssioning Ord'rd . . . that Robt Tucker and John Tally porcession from Nemurssens Creek up the River and Deep Creek to the mouth of the Westt house . . . Ord'red that Capt John Evans and Joseph Tucker procession the land of Stoney Creek.

At a Vestry held at the ferry Chapple Jully 24th, 1727, for procssioning. . . By Vertue of an order of Prince George County Court Dated July 11th 1727 for processioning Every Perticuler persons land in their parrish in obedience to the Sd order the Sd parrish is Devided into precincts for Proc'ssioning and Returns made as followeth Vizt . . . The Bounds of Robert Tucker and Jno. Tally Processioned the parties Concern'd Being present. . . The Bounds of Capt Jno. Evans and Joseph Tucker No Return.

At a Vestry held at the Ferry Chaple Feby 6th 1731. . . Order'd that George Tucker be Prosessioner in the Stead of Robert Cuerk junr who is Lame and cannott Officiate as prosessioner.

At a Vestry Held at the ferry Chapple august 3d 1731. For appointing Processioners of land.....Robert Tucker & Jno. Tally procession from nemussens up the River and winticomack. Walthur Childes & Robert Tucker Jnr from winticomake up the River to Deep Creek so up Deed Creek to the sweathouse so up the south side the sweat house and winticomake to ye Extent. . . Ordred yt Joseph Tucker & William Jones procession from stonie Creek to sapponie Creek Between the parrish Line and ye Chapple Road. . . Returns of Processioning for the year 1731. . . Walter Chiles & George Tucker the same [processioned all the lands in their Precinct] . . . Robert Tucker & Jno Tally the same. . . Joseph Tucker & Will. Jones Processioned all the lands in there prect.

At a Vestry held Feb 6th 1732. . . Order'd that James Gallimore an orphan be bound to Robert Tucker Jur as the Law directs. Order'd that Ann Gillimore be bound to John Bradshaw as the Law directs or married. Order'd that Samuel Gallimore be bound to Robert Coleman as the Law directs. Order'd that Elizabeth Gallimore be bound to John Tucker. Order'd that Elionar Gallimore be bound to David Ellington. Order'd that Wm. Gallimore be bound to Captn John Bevell. Order'd Isham Cleaton be bound to Charles Clay. Order'd that Wm. Burgess be bound to Captn John Coleman. Order'd that Esther Floyd be bound to George Tucker.

At a Vestry held at the Brick Church on Wells's Hill August 20th 1739 . . . Order'd That Joseph Tucker Sr and Joseph Tucker jr Procession from Stoney Creek to Sapponey Creek Between the Parish line and the Chapple Road.

At a Vestry held at the Brick Church for the Parish of Bristoll the 22d of Augst 1743. . . That Edwd Winfield & Joseph Tucker (wth the freeholders of thier Perscinct) Procession from the County Line between Stoney Creek & the Fox Branch; up to the Parish Line.

1762 Bristol Parish in Acc't with Theo. Feild & Geo. Smith Jr. Churchwardens of Ye s'd Parish Dr. . . 1763, Novr. 7 By Mary Tuckers fine for a bastard Child Paid by Richd Taylor, £2-10.

At a Vestry held at Blandford for Bristol Parish June 10th day 1769 . . Ordered That there be a new Church built in the upper part of this Parish that Lies in dinwiddie County to be Sixty Feet Long and 28 feet wide and that, The Reverend William Harrison, Capt George Smith, Capt Nathaniel Raines, Capt Joseph Tucker & Capt Bennett Kirby or any three of them be appointed to view, & report to the next Vestry the most Convenient place for building the said Church, and that they prepare a Plan of the Same and give Publick notice for undertakers to appear at the next Vestry in order to undertake the building the Same.
