At a Vestry Called at ye Chappel septr 17th--1721. . . Upon the petition of Wm. Tucker sheweth that Robt Coleman lys at his house in a very week, helpless condition & has been so these six months past which proves very Chargeable & troublesome of the s'd Tucker Tis ordrd That Wm. Tucker take care of the fores'd Robt Coleman & find him such necessaries as is convenient And at the alying of the next Levie, the s'd Tucker to bring his Account to the Vestry & what is thought just to be Allowed from the P'ish. . . Tis further ordrd that the Church-wardens Enquire how the fores'd Robert Coleman gave his Estate [to] Robt Tucker senr & upon what terms.

Ordred yt Joseph Tucker & William Jones procession from stonie Creek to sapponie Creek Between the parrish Line and ye Chapple Road. . . Returns of Processioning for the year 1731. . . At a Vestry held at Blandford for Bristol Parish June 10th day 1769 . . Ordered That there be a new Church built in the upper part of this Parish that Lies in dinwiddie County to be Sixty Feet Long and 28 feet wide and that, The Reverend William Harrison, Capt George Smith, Capt Nathaniel Raines, Capt Joseph Tucker & Capt Bennett Kirby or any three of them be appointed to view, & report to the next Vestry the most Convenient place for building the said Church, and that they prepare a Plan of the Same and give Publick notice for undertakers to appear at the next Vestry in order to undertake the building the Same.
