All persons are hereby forwarned from purchasing of William Tucker (Son of John Tucker) a certain Tract of Land lying in the County of Amelia on the east Side of Wintocomack Creek, joining the Lands of Godfrey Tucker and John Cowles, the said William Tucker not having the least Right or Title to the same, as he has sold the said Tract of Land to one of the Subscribers, more than twelve Months, for a valuable Consideration, and conveyed to him the Fee Simple Estate therein, as by a Deed for the same, in the possession of the Subscribers, will clearly appear.
