I Agness E. Tucker of Brunswick County do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following Vizt. I Wills and bequeath all my lands lying __ Chesterfield to my beloved husband John Tucker to him and his heirs forever. Provided he pays to each of my sons to wit Sterling Tucker Edward B. Tucker and my youngest son not yet named the sum of three hundred and thirty three pounds Six Shillings and eight pence as they severally come of age but if All__ of them should die before they attain to that age my will is that the legacy or legacies above left to him or them go to the Survivor or Survivors as the case may be & I do hereby further appoint him the said John Tucker my beloved husband, my executor to this my Will & is also my request that he shall give no Security In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this 21 day of December 1814. Signed by Agness E. Tucker (by her mark) and witnessed by Wm. B. Hauilin, Hartwell Tucker, and Ann Manlove.
Brunswick County Court March 25th 1816. This Last will and testament of Agness E. Tucker decd. was proved by the oath of Hartwell Tucker a witness thereto and having been proved on the 28 day of June last by the oath of Ann Manlove also a witness thereto the same is ordered to be Recorded.
