In the name God Amen I Wright Tucker knowing that it is appointed once for all men to die do make this my last will and testament in manner and form following 1st I give and bequeath to my Daughter Betsey Boling to her and her heirs forever one negro Girl named Judy and her future increase 2ndly I give and bequeath to my Daughter Athaliah Kessiah Rieves to her and heirs forever one negro named Nancy and her future increase 3rdly I give and bequeath to my Daughter Polley C. Tucker to her and her heirs forever one negro named Evelinah and her future increase 4thly I give and bequeath to my Daughter Minerva Tucker to her and her heirs forever one negro named Martha and her future increase 5thly And to my beloved wife Elizabeth Tucker the residue of my estate both real and personal during her life or widowhood to inable her to support and educate my children at either of which events my will and desire is that the whole of my estate which I have loaned to my wife be sold by my Executors and the money make payable in three annual payments and out of the said amount of sales I bequeath to my children to them and there heirs forever the sum of Two hundred pounds each and the residue of the said amount of sales I leaves to be equally divided among all my children and the children of my deceased son Wright Tucker they drawing only one share to be equally divided amongst them 5thly  (sic) I give to Sally Tucker widow of my decd. son Wright Tucker to her and her heirs forever one half of the estate willed by my son Wright Tucker to me if that part takes effect and the other half I leave to be sold and the money arising from the sale to be equally divided among my children share and share alike. 6thly I do hereby appoint my Brother Hartwell Tucker and my son John Tucker Executors to this my last will and Testament hereby requiring that they shall give no security as Executors and I do all ___t them with full and ample power to sell any of my personal estate either privately or publicly for the payment of my debts. Brunswick County Court August 28th 1815. This last will and testament of Wright Tucker decd. was proved by the oaths of Joshua Lucy and Andrew Feild witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded and on the motion of John Tucker one of the executors therein named he having made oath thereto according to law and entered into & acknowledged a bond in the penalty of twenty thousand dollars . . .
