In the name of God Amen, I Susannah Tucker of the County of Prince Edward being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this following as my last will and testament: First. I loan to my brother Wood Tucker two negro men named as follows Putrum and Pleasant, including all my other property of every description, during his natural life. Secondly. At the death of my said brother Wood, I give to my nephew Owen H. Tucker the above named two negroe men to wit: Putrum and Pleasant, to him & his heirs forever, including all my other property of every description whatsoever. Thirdly. I nominate and appoint Edmund Booker and Owen H. Tucker Executors to this my Last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the eighth day of July in the year One thousand eight hundred & twenty five. Signed by Susannah Tucker (by her mark) and witnessed by Owen H. Tucker, Daniel M. Tucker, Henry Tucker, and Joseph Tucker.

At a Court held for Prince Edward County, November the 18th 1833. This last will and testament of Susannah Tucker decd. was presented in Court and proved by the oaths of Owen H. Tucker and Henry Tucker two witnesses thereto. Ordered that the same be recorded.
