In the name of God Amen. The Last Will and Testament of Thomas Parram who is weak in Body but of Sound and perfect memory blessed be the Lord for it I do hereby revoak and make Void all Wills as Verball and written and make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth, First I bequeath my Soul to Almighty God, and Body to be Interred after the Dicretion of my Executrix and my Worldly goods in manner and form as followeth after my Just and Lawfull Debts are fully paid and Satisfied. Item I give and bequeath unto Nicholas Robyson One hundred Acres of Land more or Less lying and being between Moncks: Neck and Cataile runn it being the Land that formerly did belong to George Tillman and After to William Hulm, to him and his heirs for ever. Item I give & Bequeath unto John Tillman fifty Acres of Land more or Less Lying on North side of Moncks: Neck Creek and Joining on the Land of George Tillman to him and his heirs forever. Item I give and Bequeath unto William Pettypool senr. fifty Acres of Land more or Less on the South side of Moncks: Neck Creek and Glaney? quarter Swamp, to him and his heirs forever. Item I give unto my Son Thomas Param one rite and ten Shillings Sterling and One mair about four or five years old, and two heifers of two years old, and One Steer of two years old, and One Sow and Piggs and One New Gunn and t__ Leather Chairs and all my Carpenter Tools. Item I give and bequeath unto my son William Parram the plantation whereon I Live containing One hundred Acres of Land more or Less to him and his heirs for ever, and one horse of four or five years old, and one Cow of five or Six years old, and two Leather chairs and One Sow & piggs. Item I give unto my Daughter Amey Jones one Cow of four years old. Item I give unto my Daughter Eliza. Tucker one Cow of Six years old & one two year old Steer. Item I give unto my Daughter Feebe One Cow named Dasey and one heifer of three year old & One horse of three years old, and one Loom and harriss belonging to it. Item I give unto my Daughter Susanah one Cow of five or Six years old & a Calfe. Item I give unto my Daughter Jaine One Cow of five or Six years old and a Calfe. Item. I give unto my Loving Wife Eliza. all the remainder part of my Estate both within and without as goods and Chattels whom I make my whole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and my will is that my Estate shall not be brought to an Appraisment. Witness my hand and Seal this fifteenth Day of Februrary 1716/17. Signed by Thomas Param (by his mark) and sealed wth a wafer, and witnessed by Geo. Tillman, Robert Abernathy, and John Patteson.

At a Court held at Merchants: hope for the County of Prince George on the second Tuesday in May being the fourteenth Day of ye month 1717: The above written Last Will and Testament of Thomas Parram Deced: was Exhibitted into Court by Elizabeth Parram the Executrix therein Named who made oath thereto and it being proved by the Oaths of George Tillman and Robert Abernathy junr. two of the Witnesses thereto is by Order of the Court Truly recorded and a Certificate is granted the said Executrix for Obtaining a Probate in Due form.
