1. Just debts to be paid
2. My executors herein after named shall pay to my four grandsons John E. Gregory, Joseph A. Gregory, David S. Gregory and John O. Pettus one thousand dollars each as they become of age within twelve months after my decease that should either of my above named grandsons die before that time I will that his share of all be equally divided among my sons Philip G. Eubank, John T. Eubank and William H. Eubank.
3. All my land slaves, household :& kitchen furniture should be equally divided among my three sons Philip G. Eubank, John T. Eubank, William H. Eubank wishing especially P. G. Eubank shall have the dwelling...
