Gregory "of County of Mecklenburg, State of Virginia" 1- Wife Julia Gregory - all estate real and personal...for her natural life and upon her death to be divided as follows: 2- Children of John E. Gregory dec'd two hundred dollars 3- Rose Gregory daughter of Thomas Gregory dec'd two hundred dollars 4- Julia Floyd two hundred dollars alias Julia
5- Lattney M. Gregory two hundred dollars 6- Mary Y. Norwood two hundred dollars 7- Susan A. Royster alias Shanks two hundred dollars 8- Sister Pheba Moody the bond which I hold against her 9- Amanda Dodson a negro girl names Ellen 10- My three nephews, sons of my brother Thomas Gregory named as follows
11- Slaves which came by my wife 12- Alexander Smith and Giles Crafton the land on which I now reside east of the road leading from Gregory Store to Clarksville to be equally divided between them 13- All of my groon negroes shall have $10. each and those not grownn shall each have $5. 14- I give to John G.
