NOTE: We are resolving the origin of Robert T Thrift in a DNA study; as of 9/2008 the current results appear to contradict any genetic connection between Robert T Thrift of Georgia and George Thrift of Virginia. See The Thrift Surname DNA Project Intro & Results page and the Thrift message board.

Many people have shared their GEDCOMs with me during the past few years. Manuscripts have also been shared. Using the information, I have compiled a master GEDCOM. There are errors in these files. Some people have been unintentionally omitted when I merged the files. There may even be duplicates. Do not take any info provided as fact. Everything here is to help you with further research but to be used as clues only.
