This picture is of Bob and his Thrift family Bible, taken in spring of 1998.
I knew Bob for a very short time. Bob came to Florida and brought along his family Bible, copies of a will, and shared his family history with those he met during his visit. Bob spent one day with me and I copied pages from his Bible. I feel very fortunate to have met Bob.

George Thrift (c.1725 VA), apparently begat two sons named Robert. One son remained in Virginia and one son removed to Georgia.
