BRACEY -
This is an absolute long-shot. Searching for 3 BRACEY brothers from Northampton
County/Hertford County NC who went to western Virginia circa late 1700's to mid-1800's on a
sales trip. They all died in a great flood in western Virginia. Any ideas out there as to
where this great flood could have been or any other info concerning this great flood and records
concerning it?

Researching the EDDY family. I need information on JOHN EDDY who married JENSEY
SPROUT around 1790-95. Anyone having access to marriage bond records, would appreciate
having this checked. Need to know the names of their parents. Also, looking for information on
their son, THOMAS EDDY, who married first ???, married 2nd Nancy Mason, his ward,

Am looking for the parents of William THAXTON born in VA. in 1748. Married a Lucy
CLAY in 1785 in Prince Edward Co., VA. and died on April 22, 1803 in Halifax Co. VA.
Children of William and Lucy were Martha, Elizabeth, Lucy, Charles, William, Jr., Yelverton,
