HEIDY, MILBOURN, MILBURN,
MILLBURN -
I am searching for data related to Jonathan and Pheoba Milburn/ Millburn/
Milbourn. Specificallly the parents of Jonathan, whom was born 1815 in Virginia. Jonathan
may have migrated to Ohio prior to marrying Pheoba, whom is listed as having been born in Ohio
for the 1860 Ohio census. This couple lived in Salem Twp., Tuscarawas Co., Ohio during the mid
1800s. The only child I have listed for this couple is my descending Gr.Gr.Grandfather, named
Joseph. He was married to a Eliza Jane Heidy in 1878. Any information regarding this
family would be greatly appreciated

Looking for information on John W. Stoker, born about 1804 in VA - according to the 1850
OH census). not sure of what county. He was married to Margaret Hoshaw. Looking for
information on John's parents and/or siblings. Margaret's parents were from Harper's Ferry,

I am searching for any information about Matthew P. Hall -- Born in Virginia about 1826 --
I have been given the following information but have no way to prove it is correct -- I have been
told that his father was William Hall and his mother was Mary Pritchard Hall
and he had a brother named James Hall -- the entire family moved to Dickson County
Tennessee -- A known fact is that Matthew is shown on the 1850 Dickson County Tennessee Census

MILLER -
John T Miller was born in Virginia in 1780. I am looking for anything I can get about John T.
Miller. He was born in VA about 1780 and married Elizabeth ????, who was born about 1808
in Georgia. I am attempting to connect him to my Great Grandfather William James Miller
who is my BRICKWALL. My William James Miller was born about 1827 and married Margaret
McGowan in Raymond, Hinds County, Mississippi on the 28 of October 1847 in Raymond, Hinds County,
Mississippi She was born about 1828. That is about all I know of them. I found the above John T.
Miller on the 1850 Census of Mississippi. There were no others listed as family members.
My William James and Margaret Miller were also listed on the same census. Any information

COLE, PREWITT, WILKERSON, WILKINSON -
I'm looking for Robert Walter Wilkinson/ Wilkerson who married Bertha Mahaila
Cole and worked for railroad. He had several children: Gomez, Inez, Thomas, Wm. (my
grandfather), Hugh, Cortez, Elizabeth, and Lucy. I have that Robert's father was also Robert W.
Wilkinson, with mother Elizabeth ?. As Bertha's father, I have Algernon Cole and
mother Lucy Prewitt, daughter of Wiley Prewitt. I have no other location than in
and around Pittsylvania/ Halifax Counties, only that my grandfather told me he was born in
"Alton?" I found a census record from 1880 listing Algernon, wife Lucy, daughters Arremento, Sue,
and Harlse B.(?) which must be my ggrandmother Bertha, and son Peter. That is the only
documentation I've found so far. If anyone can assist me by pointing me in the right direction,
I'd appreciate it.

Zillie Nettie Jones b.1873 Pulaski,VA in Pulaski in 1891- lived in Toms Creek, Wise Co. VA
Mann Parent's Info: James Monroe "Buck" Mann b.7/20/1866 d.1946 in Dungannon,
VA married Laura Virginia Ramsey in 11/07/1885 father's name was John Mann also
Dungannon lived on banks of Clinch River at edge of Jefferson National Forest.

MONTGOMERY -
I am searching for any records(preferably birth), for James Nelson Montgomery. He was born
in Virginia on 7 December, 1813, and moved with his family to Kentucky when he was 2. As you can
see, I have a very narrow window to look through. There is a rumor that James N.
Montgomery's father was also a steamboat pilot, like his son grew up to be. Thanks for

HUNTINGTON, MORAN -
I am looking for my g-grandfather, Peter Moran who worked for Collis P. Huntington
and brought the railroad over the mountains from Richmond to Huntington, WV. I have traced him to
Stanton, VA (in Augusta County) in the 1870's and '80s and I know Collis P. went to Newport News
after he completed the job in WV. I also know my father said we had relatives in Newport News but
I have hit nothing but a dead end finding Peter. I would even hire a genealogist if I could find
one. Any suggestions/help/advice would be GREATLY appreciated. I plan to try the county sites too
starting with Augusta.Thanks,

were in Amherst Virginia in 1840. It is said that Willis received $10.50 for support of George
Jordan. My gg grandfather name was George Mays. Is this G. Jordan and my
George the same person? Unable to find any record on this G. Jordan. Thank you for any help

Am searching for my MORRISON family who lived in VA. About all I know is Richard
MORRISON born ca 1795 and is said to have been born in VA. Married Malinda TRAVERS
born ca 1800 in VA as well. Malinda also went by Linna and is daughter of John TRAVERS.
Will not say with certainty but believe James MORRISON was father to Richard
MORRISON. Sure hope you can find what county if nothing else. I thank you.

was born in Virginia, but to date have been unable to locate him. George W. married 1846 in
Franklin Co., Indiana, Mary Ann Crawford; they had the following children: Robert Minor;
Phoebe, James, Catherine, Isabelle, Emma, and Orrel Mary. Any help appreciated!
