BEAUFORD, DUDLEY, RAGLAND -
Am the 5th great grandson of John Ragland (of Hsnrico Parish) and Anne Beauford who
settled in Hanover County around 1720 after comming from Wales. Their son John and wife Anne
Dudley was a vestryman in 1752 in Autrim Parish in Halifax Co. Will be travling thru the
area in the late summer of 97 and would like to know what cemeteries the Ragland's graves
might be in. Also any other information on the Ragland family would be appreciated.

child, Elizabeth born in 1793 in Virginia. John migrated to Kentucky where his daughter,
Elizabeth married Edmund HARPER in Warren county KY on 29 September 1813. She died 18
March 1863 in Sumner county TN. Any information would be very helpful.
