CHAMBERLAIN -
Searching for the marriage record of James Chamberlain to ? He was born abt 1750 in
Baltimore Co. Maryland and died abt 1836 in Washington Co. TN. He may have gotten married about
1779-80 in Virginia while serving in the Continental Army.

QUARY, QUERRIE, QUERY -
I am looking for information on Alexander Query/ Quary/ Querrie. On his
Civil War Pension papers he states he was born in St John's Co, VA in about 1835. However, on all
census records he states he was born in Canada.... Any information appreciated.

Looking for children or grandchildren of John Tickell (died March 1981) and wife Frances(
died May 1977). John is son of Edward and Ellen Harwood Tickell originally from
Staffordshire England. John has a daughter, Mildred. I am the great grand-daughter of John's
sister Susan Tickell Hall.

BUCHANAN, KING, STROUP -
KING, Henry-- Born aprox 1775 1st marriage to Margaret BUCHANAN in Richmond VA,
They had they following children: William B, born 11/25/1800; Mary A., born 7/03/1803; Alexander
B, born 2/01/1807; Charles L, born 11/13/1808; Margaret D, born 4/26/1812 and another child M
King -first name is illegible on the bible page born 6/15/1815. Henry moved to Roane
County TN by 1820 and later died in 1859 in Cumberland Co TN. He married again a Sarah
Stroup and had additional children by her. Joseph W King born 4/29/1823 and George
Washington King born 2/5/1826. Henry listed VA as his place of birth in the 1850 Census
but I do not know the county. If anyone recognizes this family please contact me Thanks

ADAMS -
Hello, Trying to find information regarding John ADAMS, born 1774 in Virginia, who is in
Oregon on the 1860 census. By that year, he has what appears to be two sons living in his
household - Henry, born 1828 and John, Jr. , born 1811. Both Henry and John, Jr. were born in
Tennessee. Henry is married and has three children. Two others in the same small town appear to
be related to these men. They are Sarah Jane, born 1833 in TN and Elizabeth. Sarah Jane and a
John Adams are both listed in the probate for Elizabeth. Any information regarding John
ADAMS would be appreciated. Thank you,
