Searching for information on an Ethelred Lane, born during the 1700's. Hope to find out if he had a son by the name Wiley Lane. Wiley settled in Burke County Ga., in the early 1800's.

BROOKE, BROOKS, STRANGE -
On my mother's side, I can trace her father back to a Virginia family. My 6th great-grandfather Robert Brooke (or Brooks) was born in Virginia abt. 1722. His son Benjamin (born abt. 1748 in VA) and Benjamin's wife Nancy (born abt. 1750 in VA) moved on the Pennsylvania before the birth of my 4th great-grandfather James (born abt. 1779). James married a woman named Sarah Elizabeth Strange (born abt. 1787). From records that my mom's cousin has, I know that Benjamin and Nancy moved their family west to Ohio before 1797. I realize the chances of finding out more with this vague information are slim to non-existent, but I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can provide. Thank you.

Looking for information of family of Elisha BARRETT, born in VA. ca 1813. First record in Highland Co. Ohio of marriage in 1836. Married second time in same county in 1858 to Sarah Jane McCoy Jarvis. Moved to Illinois and died in Peoria Co. in 1890.

Searching for family of Isabel FRAZIER, who married John LATTIMORE ca. 1740 in Stafford/Prince William Co., VA. Their children, in probable birth order: Francis, md. Rachel Stockton; John, md. Jemima Stockton; Margaret, md. Newberry Stockton; Sarah, md. Robert Black; Lettie; and Daniel, who married Ann Stockton. Have found several Fraziers in the Stafford/Pr. William/Fredericksburg area, but no family information. Any help appreciated!

I have been trying desperately to find my oldest known ancestors parents, birthplace in Virginia etc, without luck. If anyone could help me find John Morgan, I'd appreciate it. John was born in VA in 1792, I've heard that it might be the one born on Sept 8th, but I'm not sure, although I'd like to know where that one was born.

WOLF -
I am looking for information on the parents of James and Jeremiah Wolf. James was born abt. 1795 and Jeremiah was born abt 1785. The moved to Tennessee sometime after James was born. James settled in Blount County,TN and Jeremiah in Bradley County,TN. There is a Jacob Wolf in the early Tax records for Blount County. Also there is an Elizabeth Wolf in the 1830,1840 and 1850 Census for Blount County,TN. I believe Jacob and Elizabeth are there parents and am looking for some proof of such.

I am looking for information on my gggrand father William Struthers, Born in Scotland about 1789, Married and had children in VA in 1825. Later they moved to Ohio and showed up on the 1880 census. I would like to know when he came to America and any INFO on his Origin and parents. Thanks
