Need info on James BURROUGHS and his wife Frances SHIRLEY. Their son was Charles
Evans BURROUGHS (1864-1935) who married in about 1894 Nancy Pearce HUGHES
(1874-1944) in Norfolk, VA, area; they had 9 children. Who were the parents of James
BURROUGHS and when/where was he born?

ANTILL, DRAPER -
Looking for Thomas DRAPER, born about 1790 or 1791 in Md. His son William met Elizabeth
Antill supposedly in Md. Sons Isaac and Joseph were born in VA 1835,36. These folks
migrated to SE Ohio in the 1830's. Also, info about DRAPER cemetery and DRAPER's in
Frederick Co. would be appreciated.

FRANZMAN, FRONSMAN, JORDAN, LOWE, MAYO -
Looking for the names MAYO & FRONSMAN. Have gotten as far as Valentine
Mayo born 1685 in Middlesex County, died 5 Oct 1716, married 14 Mpv 1710. to Ann Bourke
Jordan, married in Christ Church, VA. Can't seem to find his parents or where they came
from or landed. Was told a later group landed somewhere in MA or that area, and started walking
down to VA to unite with their group. Any help would be really appreciated! As far as the
Fronsman name Nelson J Fronsman born 30 July 1827 in Albemarle County, VA , died in
Upshur County, WV in 1895. Married Sara Frances Lowe, Upshur County, WV. His children were
born in WV. I guess the spelling may have been different, maybe Franzman. Again any help
will be much appreciated.

in America can trace their ancestry to Henry SURBER who arrived in Pennsylvania in 1735
and migrated to Shenandoah County, Virginia, by 1752. Counties in Virginia where Surbers settled
