CAVE, LOWRY -
John Cave, son of Samuel Cave and Elizabeth Lowry, was born about 1794 in
Fauquier County, VA. Census records show him in Stafford County, VA, by 1830. His siblings,
James, Nancy, and Lowry Cave, were all married in Fauquier County, VA, but I find no
marriage record for John. His wife was named Fanny, but her surname is unknown. I am looking for
any record of their marriage, but I'm not sure which county in VA it might have taken place. I
have checked the neighboring counties, but to no avail. If any of these names figure in your
research, or if you can give me any additional information, please contact me.

WILSON -
My great grandmother's first husband died in the fall of 1903 during a typhoid epidemic. I am
searching for county information if anyone would know at what area of the state was experiencing
an epidemic at this time. Her husband's name was Charles Wilson, she also lost a young
daughter, Etta, to the fever also. I've been told that the family had two young gentlemen
boarding with them at the time. Grandma Ruth couldn't get anyone to help her so she and these 2
young men buried her husband and daughter. I don't know if they would have been able to bury them
on the property they lived on or would have been a cemetery. Afterwards, Ruth who was pregnant
with her fourth child, went back to the family home in Cades Cove, Blount County, Tennessee.
Searching for any information that might lead us to the death date and possible burial place, if
not cemetery, at the the town. Thanks for any and all help

I am looking for the parents of Hester Ann Richardson - wife of Edward B. Sprague.
She was born about 1835 in Ohio. She is listed in the 1880 Ohio Census, and her parents were born
in VA.

BURNETT, CRAGHEAD, CRAIGHEAD, JENNINGS -
Looking for information on the descendants of the following people: Reuben JENNINGS, b. c.
1820, in VA, m. a woman with the given name of "Elizabeth," also b. in VA. This couple moved to
Callaway County, MO, sometime in the late 1850s. The Lewis County, MO, 1870 census shows that
Reuben JENNINGS, age 50, was living alone at that time. This couple had two daughters
named:
1. Emma L. "Emmie", b. 1851, in VA, and married George W. BURNETT, March 17,
1876, in St. Clair County, MO, in 1876. This couple had three children together before Emma died
in 1880: Charles Isham, b. 1872, in Atchison, KS; Anna C., b. 1875, in Schell City, Vernon
County, MO; Otis Willett "Willie", b. c. 1880.
2. Cordelia, b. 1856, in VA, and married James
Robert CRAIGHEAD/ CRAGHEAD in 1876, in Callaway County, before moving to Vernon
County, MO. After living in Vernon County for 11 years, they moved back to Callaway County, where
they lived out the remainder of their years. Robert d. in 1895, and Cordelia died in 1918. This
couple had four children together, one son dying in childhood. Florence was b. in Vernon County,
MO, in 1880. Another daughter was name Bertha. I have pictures and more information to share.

Seeking info gggggrandfather, John Alexander, B Scotland, married Mary Art Gleason,
1735, 3 children B in Virginia, John, Jr. (B1741 D1836, M Lucy Nunn D1813), Bertha Martin
and Robert Alexander. Biddy Alexander, daughter of John, Jr. B Virginia, M Peter
Gearhart, they had daughter Elizabeth who married Ruel Murphy, B in Kentucky.

BAXTER, STONE -
Looking for Joseph Wilson Stone born March 1833 location unknown. Married Susan E
Baxter, May of 1855. His birth location was hinted to possiably be Virginia. I am try to
trace this line back, he is my great grandfather.
