BROWNING, PARKER, VANCE -
Looking for the names of the parents of William M. Browning born VA. abt. 1800. His first wife's name is unknown, but in 1837 he married Wenny Parker of N.C. His first mariage was in VA. abt. 1823, but his marriage to Wenny was in Harlan, Ky. abt. 1837. Familysearch.org has his parents as Francis Browning and Tabitha Vance, but they also have them as parents of a William E. Buck Browning of Logan W.V. William M. Browning was my gggrandfather. Any help would br appreciated, as I have been searching this for many years, as have other relatives of his. Art

MILLER, SHOEMAKER -
I am trying to locate information on an Isaac Miller, married to an Elizabeth last name unknown. He had 9 children, John, Abraham, Moses, Anna, Hannah, Mary, Isaac, Susannah, Elizabeth. He left Virginia around 1804 and went to Montgomery County, Ohio. He is supposed to have come to America from Germany around 1760. He was in the Revolutionary war. Three of his children were born in Virginia, Moses was married in Loudoun County to Christena Shoemaker. Any information would be appreciated.

Looking for "Hodge" and "Hall" surnames both from Pulaski Co, Virginia. John Henry Hodge b.1897 d. 1972 my grandfather m. Dola Mae Cole b.1903 d.1983. John's father was James Edward Hodge he married Willie Caves. Robert Gilmer Hall m. Maude Susan Cruff d.1942 also my grandparents. Robert and Maude had nine children, Maggie Etta, Mary Cruff., Gilmer Jackson., James Miller, Cooper Kunkel, William Hayden (my father), Charles Gregory, Dorothy Aline, and Robert Arnold.

Searching for John B. CLARK(e)b: June 1848 VA (county UNK)-d: March 1901 KY. The earliest Clark is found in KY is 1870. 1870 Big Clifty Leitchfield Grayson Co. KY Census.
John CLARK(e), 21, born VA, railroad laborer living in boarding house of Mathew GORE, railroad contractor from New York. Many railroad laborers in this HH but only William FRYER, abt 23, also born VA. They are listed next to each other.
Trying to find a connection between FRYER/FRIER/FRY/FRYAR and my CLARK(e).
1872: CLARK(e) married Amelia BURTON, August 1872 Ohio Co. KY. Clark states his 1872 residence is VA.
1880 Rockcastle Co. KY Census John Clark, Amelia and children Margaret, Nanie J. and Ben Clark; Clark is coal miner.
1896: Amelia Burton CLARK died
1900 Laurel Co. KY Census John CLARK and 2nd wife Rhoda Gentry (Larkin) Black CLARK and Clark's children Ben, Ida, Hattie and Delbert Gibins; Clark is coal miner.
1901: Clark died March and is buried in Ward Burying Grounds in Rockcastle Co. KY. Have found nothing to connect my Clark to any KY-born Clark(e)s in Grayson, Ohio, Rockcastle or Laurel counties KY.
