ANDERSON -
I am searching for information on my Anderson family. William Anderson, b. 1752, d.
1817, was listed in Logan Station which was in Kentucky Co., Virginia. I have the family
tree naming his father John Anderson from Augusta Co., VA 1787, but I would love to search
county records for any other information on him if only I could find where Logans
Station was located. Does anyone know what County in Virginia Kentucky County and Logans
Station was in? Thanks a heap!

PILLOW -
Looking for the parents, siblings and wife of: Willis PILLOW, born about 1801 in VA, was
married about 1828 (name of wife unknown), ended up in Giles Co., Tennessee with his children.
His wife may have died somewhere between VA and TN or in TN. The children of Willis PILLOW
are William P. born abt 1829; John born abt 1831; Thomas born abt 1833; Richard born abt 1836;
Mary Jane born about 1837; Elizabeth born about 1838; Tennessee born about 1840; Josephine born
abt 1842; and Henrietta PILLOW born about 1844. Does anyone recognize this family? Any
information helpful.

I am looking for Samuel Clayton- b. about 1806 in VA. He was married and died in Marion
Co., Ohio, we think. One of his sons was names Joel C. Clayton. Also think maybe his
father was John C. Clayton b. about 1773 in VA? Mother may be Mary Brown- b. about
1779 in VA. Does anyone know or have any records on these people. Thank you for any clues.

1867 in Powhatan Co Virginia. Her mother Margaret CHRISTIAN was the daughter of Henry
Benskin CHRISTIAN of Charles City co Virginia and his first wife an Elizabeth
CHRISTIAN of New Kent Co VA. Rebecca Ann HARRIS had one sibling Henry Benskin
Christian HARRIS a Dr. who died in Buchanan co Mo. and several half siblings. Searching

BAXTER, BELL, POWELL, THOMPSON -
I am interested in in formation on my Thompson ancestors. My info says George and Frances
Powell Thompson were from Va. had three children. I only have name and dates of one
son Benjamin A Thompson born 1799 in Va. Married Nancy Baxter in Scott Co. Ky in
1822. Her parents were Jacob and Lydia Bell Baxter. Nancy was born 1803. in Curlew
Roseamount Co. Md. I would like to find the names and dates for Benjamins siblings. Also I have
info on another Thompson family in Ky and need parents and siblings of John
Thompson. They are John Thompson Married to Christina [no last name available]
her birth date was 1770 Md. death date 1840 Cove Creek Ky.. I have no birth date for John but
death date was 1833 Gilbert Creek Ky. Also need parents and siblings of John and Christina.
These two families liven in Scott and Anderson Co Ky and we think they might have been related.

Looking for information on George Bradley (b. VA ca.1815). Married Elizabeth Betty
Briggs. Had a son named William Bradley who married Elizabeth Pridemore.
Looking for info on the parentage of George or Elizabeth, but particularly George. Believe he is
the son of Thomas Bradley (b. Va ca.1775), wife's name Elizabeth (last name unknown).
There is also a possibility that he is related to a Samuel Bradley instead of Thomas. I
have only weak info concerning the family in the early 1800s and late 1700s, but the family seems
to have moved into the Lawrence Co. KY and Floyd Co. KY areas sometme between 1805-1815. Also
have a posting on Buchanan Co. site with other info.

I will appreciate information on Robert WILEY - I do not know what county he came from in
Virginia. Robert WILEY was born in 1805. He moved to Ohio, and he and his wife Mary Ann
or Polly had 2 sons: Joseph (b 1830) and George (b 1836) in Ohio, then had more children in
Indiana: Mary Ann, Nancy, William, Narcissa, Isabel, Matilda, Sarah and Robert. The father was
a farmer and blacksmith. Do you know of any Robert WILEY who fits this time period and
description? If so, is there any information on his ancestors?

I am researching the surname TRACY and don't know what county in VA. John TRACY
notes on census that he was born in VA in about 1785. We think his parents were Michael and
Hannah TRACY and had other children Michael G., Durham, Isaac Coulson, James and Joseph
plus Rebekah, Elizabeth and Mary and perhaps more. I could not find the TRACY surname in your VA

FORTUNE, WILKES -
Looking for information on the parents of Martha P. Fortune, born in Virginia in May,
1792. Martha married John Wilkes, Jr. in Marshall County, Tennessee in 1810, and they had
a family of 12 children. Martha died November 19, 1878 and is buried with her husband in the
Wilkes Cemetery, Marshall County,
Tennesssee.
