Walter came over from Wales and had a son name George. Then the other passed in 1894. This is all

Seeking ANY info on a "Bessie" Sharp who supposedly married a Valtinos (Valentine) A.
Coursey in 1814 ...she died 1820, along with her children, of yellow fever.....the
homestead located on an old Indian Prison Camp was burned along with the bodies. If you know of

I am searching for my great great grandfather Charles Wesley Clark supposedly born in Va
according to the SC census records 1870, 1880 & 1890 He died 1895 Chesterfield Co, SC . He was
born 1840 in Va I am looking for parents & siblings . I have no idea where in Va as the census
record is the only thing I have to go on at this time. Please any one with any info please help.

I suspect that her name could be Dorothy Elizabeth due to the name
being carried on by several other female descendents who were called Dolly, Lizzie, etc. and

DIXON -
I'm looking for a William L. Dixon born approx. 1894 s/o John an Ann Dixon farmers.
He somehow joined the Canadian army and ended up in Nova Scotia, Canada, married, had 2
daughters, then he and his wife broke up. He left around 1922 and no one knows what happened to
him. He listed on his marriage license he was born in West Virginia. I thought he might have gone
back home to his parents home could have married again and had a family there as well. Any
information on this missing person would be a big help.

Trying to find any info. on David T Cobbs and his wife, Dolly. They moved from Virginia to
Kentucky around 1834 and show up in KY census after that, but census data only gives birth state,
so I have no idea where in VA they lived. Dolly's maiden name is believed to be Burton and

BRUMFIELD, DODD -
Looking for the parents of James Brumfield, born in VA (maybe Tazewell or Giles) aroune
1803-1807. He married Harriet Dodd in Wake NC in March 1827. Settled in Smyth County VA
after 1831, then moved on to various counties in NC between 1850 and 1854. James was at various
times a carpenter and minister. He is well documented from 1827 onwards, but need his parents and
ancestors.

in 1798 and supposedly is buried in Virginia. He fought in the Revolutionary War, lived for a
while in southwesten VA, moved into the area now known as KY, back to VA and then into Greenbrier
