GILDART, GUILDART, HENRY -
On 1850 Meigs Co. OH census my gggrandmother Lydia Guildart (or Gildart)
Henry stated she was born in VA. She would have been born approximately 1803. An Elizabeth
Gildart, age 50, who I assume was a sister to Lydia, was living in the household in 1850.
. My gggrandparents moved to Carroll Co. MO about 1860 and Elizabeth was not with them at that
time. Possibly she moved back to family in VA? Looking for information about the Guildart
(Gildart) family. Have no idea which county they were from. Thanks,

JACKSON, LEWIS, SMITH -
Henry Jackson, of St. Andrew's Parish, Brunswick County, VA., gifted his
properties to his children: to Mark, in 1758; to Henry, Jr., in 1760; to Hannah Jackson
Smith (and grandson Henry Smith) in 1763; and to Sandal Jackson Lewis (my
gggggrandmother) in 1764. There is no record of Henry Jackson Sr., or of his wife Mary,
in St. Andrew's Parish after 1779- when he would have been approximately 60 years of
age. There are records of several public claims for a Henry Jackson, from Brunswick
County, during the Revolution- but no way to distinguish if one may be my ancestor. Henry
Jackson, Jr., resided in Orange County (VA?) It is my hope that perhaps Henry and Mary
Jackson lived with one of their children. Any information would be most welcome and
appreciated. I will gladly share what information I have on this and collateral families.
